GoToSMS. Upon opting out, you will no longer receive SMS communications. For assistance,

The delivery of SMS messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier, and
GoToSMS is not responsible for any delays or undelivered messages. This service is intended for
individuals who are at least 18 years old and are the authorized users of the mobile device
registered for the campaign.

We reserve the right to modify or terminate these terms at any time. Continued participation in
the campaign following any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. GoToSMS is
not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses resulting from the use of the SMS service. For
