If Jett’s name sounds familiar, that’s because they’ve already been part of the East Valley Wealth & Retirement family business for quite some time. Over the past year, many of our clients and seminar guests have been greeted by Jett at our dinner events, helping welcome attendees, assist with setup, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Now, Jett is taking the next step and officially joining East Valley Wealth & Retirement as a part time Marketing Assistant. While you’ll still see them at dinner seminars greeting guests and helping with event logistics, you’ll also find them spending more time around the office, learning the business, supporting the team, and taking on new marketing responsibilities.
Their experience extends well beyond the office walls. Jett has played an important role in helping co founder Julianne Smith coordinate client appreciation events, assisting with everything from finding entertainment and coordinating catering to setting up and tearing down events. They’ve already proven they can jump in wherever needed, and this new role reflects their readiness to take on even greater challenges.
When they’re not working, Jett’s creative side takes center stage. A passionate performer, they’ve recently appeared in local productions of Hamlet and Clue, while also participating in improv theater. Whether on stage or behind the scenes, Jett brings enthusiasm, creativity, and a willingness to try new things. That same energy carries over into their work and the relationships they build with clients and teammates alike.
Here’s a fun piece of East Valley history: Jett was actually the voice actor featured in our very first promotional video. Even today, that video still brings a smile and a sense of pride to co founders Undrea and Julianne Smith. If you’d like to see it, just ask. Fair warning, proud parent reactions may follow.
