Courtney Dover serves as Executive Assistant at East Valley Wealth & Retirement, where she plays a central role in supporting the Office of the CEO and helping the firm operate with clarity, consistency, and care. Working closely with the Founder and CEO, Courtney helps ensure that day-to-day operations run smoothly across both our Arizona and Wisconsin offices.
With more than 20 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, primarily within the financial services industry, Courtney brings a deep level of professionalism, organization, and insight to her role. She has supported high-level executives throughout her career and is known for her attention to detail, thoughtful communication, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise.
At East Valley, Courtney is deeply involved in the firm’s daily operations. She oversees post-meeting follow-up, organizes and maintains client information, and works closely with our client concierge and operations teams to coordinate next steps and ensure a seamless experience. She also serves as a point of contact for clients between appointments, helping maintain consistency, responsiveness, and trust.
While Courtney works remotely, she is fully integrated into the rhythm of the firm and remains closely connected to both the team and our clients. Her ability to bring structure, organization, and calm to a fast-moving environment allows the entire team to operate at a higher level. She serves as a central point of coordination behind the scenes, helping align people, processes, and priorities across the organization.
Originally from Harlem, New York, Courtney takes pride in her roots while embracing her current chapter in South Carolina, where she relocated to be closer to family. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with loved ones and continuing to explore her entrepreneurial interests.
